March second weekend conf call update

We had the March weekend conf. call yesterday. Following people joined the conf call.

We had brief introduction about ourself. We were discussing on the college days and about the August 11th event. P.K Suresh joined from Mumbai and Balaji joined from China(he was on a business visit). Thanks everyone.

Regarding the program, there is no big progress in our arrangements. Many not yet made their confirmation. Confirm your participation in the Silver Jubilee Celebration in August. Also please update your commitment on the contribution.

Please make sure that you all are participating in the arrangements. We will be having call every weekend so that we can discuss on the happenings. Please do join the conf. call and give your suggestions and views.

NB-Civil Murali called me today from Australia as he was not able to join the call yesterday. He said he will be there in Karaikudi with family during our Silver Jubilee meet.

Family Get together – Chennai

Hi All,

We are planning to have a family get together on March 31st AN. The event is being organised by Ennarasu at the Chennai Container terminal. We will meet at 12:30 pm there. After  the meeting and lunch we will have a conducted tour of the port and some ships. We we will leave around 4:00 pm from the terminal.

Due to security concerns, Ennarasu is unable to organise the meeting on board a ship.

We are required to make passes for every visitors. Please confirm your attendance in the comment and also mention how many persons are attending.

Trichy Get together

We had a nice meeting at Trichy. Most of us met there after 24 years. The person who has 28 years of bonding with our college Sivananda Raja came from Karaikudi. Noordheen of Mech. who is doing business in Pudukotai made the meet lively.

It was really enjoying moment, recollecting our old memories (in hostel  SCH, ETH and Ezhil).
Everyone introduced our self and Sivanandaraja explained about how the Silver Jubilee is organized by various batches. Next year is not only silver jubilee for our batch, it is a diamond jubilee year for our college.
Krishnasami, Mahesh, Raju, uday and Badmanabhan are not able to make due to last minute engagements. We missed them.
